Worth seeing: Køge is a very old port that can be dated back to 16th century. Doing the summer there is a lot of activity in the old inner courtyards.
You find lovely beaches at the bay of Køge.
Just south of Køge is Vallø castle with its beautiful palace garden.
To the north, towards Copenhagen is the art museum Arken.
Golfers will find Land-idyl bed & breakfast particularly interesting because just 2 km from the house is two 18 hulls golf courts to be found.
